Lauren’s interest in chiropractic started at a young age, inspired by her mum and shaped by years of attending seminars and professional events. From early on, she developed a genuine curiosity about how the body works and a desire to help people feel their best.
Before qualifying as a chiropractor from Health Sciences University, Lauren first studied Clinical Psychology. This gives her a deeper understanding of how pain can affect not just the body, but day-to-day life, mood, and overall wellbeing.
Lauren has a particular interest in shoulder and neck problems, especially when pain has been ongoing or is starting to impact work, sleep, or everyday activities. She takes a calm, friendly approach and focuses on making patients feel comfortable, listened to, and supported throughout their care.
She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association, and is committed to continuing her learning so she can offer the best possible care.
Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys staying active and can often be found playing tennis or training in aerial hoop. Originally from France, she regularly returns to visit her family—and her dog, who she misses very much
