I had my first chiropractic appointment today, and it was a fantastic experience. Reuben was professional and attentive throughout the session. He made sure to chat with me to keep me relaxed while working on my issues. He also took the time to explain the treatment process and provided clear aftercare instructions. I met Ruben May this year, after being in chronic shoulder pain for months. I won’t lie the treatment wasn’t pleasurable and at times I said some bad things to him. Ruben was brilliant he told me exactly what was wrong distracted me when something painful was coming, and reassured me when it just didn’t seem to be getting any better. After many years of incredible pain, visiting my chiropractor for the second time within a week, I have felt elated, strong again and thought a new life had started. I cycle, run and lift weights; came to Genevieve with ongoing musculoskeletal back pain after a trip to A&E; she cracked my back, deep tissue massage, acupuncture and did an ultrasound of my shoulder she fixed me up in 3 sessions. So I got her to look at my inflamed ITB and I’m pleased to say the laser and shock therapy is going well. Most of all I was/am impressed with Genevieve’s knowledge and the advise that’s helped speed up my rehab. Thank you!
