I had an excellent experience at this chiropractic clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking professional and attentive care. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the clinic is. The environment feels calm, organised, and very professional, which immediately makes you feel comfortable. Genivieve was outstanding. She was extremely caring, attentive, and professional throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt comfortable at every stage. Her approach is both knowledgeable and compassionate, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the wellbeing of her patients. Overall, the level of care and professionalism at this clinic is excellent. Combined with the beautiful, clean environment and Genivieve’s thoughtful and thorough approach, it made for a very positive experience. Would absolutely recommend Lauren when i first seen Lauren i was in agony with back pain but since I have been attending crestacre my back pain has eased tremendously with the treatment I have received from Lauren and I shall still be attending for treatment but I can honestly say Lauren is remarkable and keeps you at ease and great with communication

I recently saw Lauren for shoulder and back pain, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is friendly, professional, and took the time to really understand the issue before starting treatment. After a few sessions, and following her recommended exercises I’ve noticed a big improvement and my shoulder and back feel so much better now. Initially I went to the clinic to get my daughter seen and following the recovery she made afterwards, I visited with my husband and we've noticed big changes. I have been to see Reuben a couple of times over the last few years. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, is very knowledgable and explains things to you in a way that’s easy to understand. Reuben takes the extra time to always explain what he’s doing and why and always puts me at ease. I am absolutely blown away. Never had any back problems in my life so didn’t know what happened or why or what to expect. Reuben was amazing so professional and explained absolutely everything. The treatment was 5 star and my back feels amazing already. He also gave me some exercises to do to help as well at home. Prices were great and treatment.
